Oak Tree Educational Partners expects to expand on traditional curriculum and implement rich digital courseware to reinforce existing programs. Further, by acquiring nationally accredited schools, Oak Tree hopes to open up additional streams of income by allowing students access to Title IV financial aid funding. This would allow for the expansion of offerings at currently owned schools. With expansion, there could be justifiable increases in tuition which would, in turn, generate additional revenue for the company. Moreover, by integrating and consolidating operations, Oak Tree Educational Partners hopes to scale down operating margins.
